Having children is mentally and physically tiring and it is so important to work on your nervous system and understand its triggers to live a life where your nervous system is more regulated.

Whether you are sleep deprived, feel overwhlemed with lack of support, whether you are going through toddler meltdowns this can all have a toll on our nervous system. When our nervous system does not restore and it is in overdrive we start feeling symptoms of severe fatigue, irritability, anger and frustration making us sometimes parent in ways that we do not wish for.

My aim is to work with you to map your nervous system and help you see what situations make you feel in certain states. I use Polyvagal Theory , which was founded by Stephen Porges which provides you with a physiological and psychological understanding on why you move through continuous cycles.

Once we map your nervous system together I support you with strategies to restore your nervous system by giving you various exercises that will soothe your vagus nerve which is the biggest nerve that connects your mind and body and is responsible for most bodily functions and vitality. The exercises that we will work with will bring back your nervous system into balance and in turn leave you feeling more calm, grounded and energetic.
